How can I submit a prayer request?
Prayer is bigger than clothing to us. Submit a request through our Prayer Request page. Our team will receive your request and stand in agreement with you in prayer.
How do I contact 1LP?
For questions about your order, products, collaborations, or general inquiries, email 1lpwearhouse@gmail.com. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order.
Will sold-out items restock?
Some pieces may restock, while others are intentionally released for a specific season. Sign up for our email and SMS list to be the first to know about restocks, new releases, and early access.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
