What to send

Order changes or cancellation

Email us immediately. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and shipping addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.

Contact us as soon as you open the package so we can evaluate the issue. Include photos and your order number.

Tell us the piece and your usual size and we will point you to the right one before you order.

Send the details of what you have in mind: stores, events, churches, features.

Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days before shipment.

Shipping

Flat $8 rate, via USPS or UPS.

Returns

All sales are final. Damaged or defective claims must be sent within 7 days.

Carrier delays

Once handed to the carrier, delays are theirs to resolve.
